Farm Days at Gilchrist Orchard offer a cozy, family-friendly experience that blends fun and learning on the farm. For $25 per family, guests can enjoy a scenic wagon ride through the orchard, pick apples together, and experience the charm of our working farm. Each small-group session is designed to be relaxed, personal, and memorable—connecting families to where their food comes from and the beauty of sustainable, local farming.

Your $25 Reservation Includes:
Each reservation covers 1 family or 2 adults. Extended family or non-household members (like grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) do not count as immediate family and will require additional reservations.

For example:

  • A family of 5 = 1 reservation

  • A family of 4 plus 2 grandparents = 2 reservations

  • A household of 6 plus 2 extended family members = 2 reservations

(No sales tax applied)

Each $25 reservation includes:

  • 1 bag of U-Pick of apples — choose from our seasonal varieties

  • A complimentary wagon tour through the orchard

After your visit in the orchard, stop by our Farm Shop for a taste of what we’re known for. You’ll find fresh apples, local honey, and small-batch cider, along with seasonal favorites like apple hand pies, warm spiced cider, cider floats, pumpkin bread, and more. Each reservation day features limited quantities of our homemade treats, so come early and enjoy something fresh from the farm.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of severe weather (like thunderstorms or heavy rain showers), we’ll reach out by 7:00am the day of with any updates and if we unfortunately do need to cancel, we will refund you. Otherwise, the farm is open light rain or shine.

We do not reschedule or refund for heat, light rain, or change of plans. Because of our limited capacity, all reservations are non-refundable and final. Please double-check your calendar before booking!
